Deliverance Ministry is the process of “Casting out” of a person spiritual beings which are not of Father God. Removing external oppression and torment by spiritual beings or bondage, undoing or cutting off curses, and providing a mechanism for healing. Deliverance can also include the deliverance of places and things, especially if they have been used in the practice of the occult. Healing can be physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, between family members and friends. It changes peoples life circumstances and enables them to move closer in their relationship to Father God.

God has a hedge of protection around His people. When there is sin, the hedge is broken and a demon has permission to come in.

Ecclesiastes 10:8 — He that diggeth a pit shall fall into it; and whoso breaketh a hedge, a serpent shall bite him.

The permission that a demon has to enter a person is called a ‘legal right’. Sin is the main legal right that a demon has. Both our own sins and the sins of our ancestors are legal rights for the entry of demons. Demons come down the family tree. This is why some bad ‘character traits’ are inherited.

Exodus 20:5 — Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me. 

There are other legal rights the demons have, such as curses, which can also be inherited, soul ties, objects in our possession that the Lord qualifies as abominations, and physical or emotional trauma. I have been ministering since the mid-1990s and have found out that all those legal rights are real. To minister deliverance, the legal rights of the demons first have to be destroyed or taken away, and the demons then can be cast out. In other words, a demon has a right to stay in the person if the legal right is still intact.

Complete deliverance cannot be obtained in a single session of ministry. The demons will come out little by little over a span of many sessions. They come out in groups and may be pushed out first to hide more in-trenched groups. Deliverance can be stopped or delayed by strongholds. Demons will enter again if the person continues in the same sins, unholy lifestyle or wrong beliefs. You know that you need deliverance if at times you have thoughts that you wonder about. The mind is the main battleground. If the thought ‘is not you’, if you don’t like the thought because it is evil or dirty, the thought is not yours. It comes from an evil spirit.

Another battleground is the emotions. If you have uncontrollable emotions, there is the possibility that a demon that is in charge of your emotions.

The third area of battle is your will. When you want to do or not do something, but you can’t, it is likely that there is a demon managing your will. You don’t have to act in an extreme way to need deliverance. In fact, you should not wait until things get extreme.

If you feel oppressed and can’t find peace, get deliverance. If you feel unhappy, sad, are grieving and find no opportunity to even smile, you should get deliverance. Lord Jesus left His peace with us.

Although many people have the same root causes for demonisation, no two sessions are the same. These are the typical steps and the recommended pathway through the process.

Spiritual Inventory

Prior to attending the session, you will be asked to complete a Spiritual Inventory. It is important that you take your time reviewing the document. Allow the Holy Spirit to lead you. It may be helpful to ask relatives about your ancestry and get an understanding of the spiritual dynamic of your lineage. Be as honest as you can.

If there are circumstances that you would prefer not to commit to writing, but to discuss them at the time of ministry – this is acceptable.

Deliverance session Sessions can take hours over many days, or be completed in a short period of time. We will not know until we embark on the process. Please allow 3 to 4 hours for first time Healing and Deliverance prayer ministry. Wear comfortable clothes, in layers, so that you can remove items of clothing if you become very hot. Eat, drink and take your medication, as you normally would. Based on the inventory and pre-ministry discussion, The Deliverance Minister will guide you with statements of Repentance and Renunciation of Strongholds that are enabling the demons to stay. This will remove their legal right to abode. The Deliverance Minister will then tell the demon to come out and go. This is called “casting-out”.

• Be Honest and Truthful
• Confess Faith in Christ Jesus
• Confess all of the Sin, including Generational Sin that you know of
• Repent of all Sin both known and unknown
• Break with the Occult, Secret Societies
• Break all Curses, and Oaths
• Forgive all others including your relatives

Proverbs 28:13 — He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.

We expel the demons by breathing them out. Demons can come out through any orifice, so burping etc. or urgency around using the toilet is also common. We have collectively seen many things over the last 20 years of ministry, so, please don’t feel that there is anything to be embarrassed about.

Post-Deliverance Ministry Baptism in Water or re Baptism in Water is often recommended, and this can be facilitated very quickly. We can not stress how important it is to be Baptised in Water and receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit will heal the soul and the physical body from where the demonic oppression has been removed.

Church

Formal church attendance and fellowship with strong mature Christians will keep you in the center of the flock and help keep Satan from picking you off and leading you away from the Lord. Know who you are in Christ Jesus. Maintaining your clean neat and tidy spiritual self, comes from Living according to the Word and in the Will of God Knowing and understanding the power that is imbued in you through the Holy Spirit. This will be an ongoing and revelatory understanding that daily reading of the word, and praying in the Holy Spirit will increase in you.

We must educate ourselves about Satan’s methods or we may be caught off guard and destroyed.

Manifestation is the term used to describe the ‘dramatic persona’ or ‘affectation’ that the demon may exhibit through the candidate being delivered. This is generally to inhibit the faith of the Deliverance Team, so that they stop, and the demon can remain where it is. We practice Deliverance Ministry in a way that allows the demons to manifest so that they can be identified and cast out. The ministry can often be messy and physical.  The manifestation with each session is not completely predictable but, based on your spiritual history we will have an indication beforehand of the type of demons involved. If we don’t see them manifest, or, you don’t have a revelation of freedom or release, then we can reinvestigate this aspect of the deliverance and work through any remaining legal right that the demon may have to remain.

2 Corinthians 10:4-5 — (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

Deliverance ministry for infants and children is available

The process is somewhat different but no less effective.

When children are possessed, the demons are not ‘child-sized’ with ‘child-sized’ manifestations, they get the full force of the demonic presence manifesting in their little bodies. Children can and are delivered from demons that gain entry not just through the child’s personal free will, but through discord and upheaval between parents and siblings and of course, children can be affected before conception, with ancestral sin.
